« The staff was exemplary, the room was mostly clean except behind a corner chair when I was looking for an outlet and behind the toilet where there was a metal cover that was off center on the floor and dirty. The vanity faucet handle was loose or broken and it took a long time to get hot water for the sink. Still we would stay again, I believe those issues will be fixed soon. »

« There was an issue with the heat and fan. Had a hard time getting it turned on. Had to continuously keep pressing the buttons until it went and stayed on. I realize that my room was in the old/original section but the room only had 1 electrical outlet in the main part. There was one in the bathroom but I wasn't going to plug in my devices right next to the sink. Everything is automated and there is nobody onsite for issues that come up.
