« Staff was very welcoming. Said hello immediately and engaged in conversation, especially breakfast staff. Breakfast was a decent selection. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool was nice and perfect size for indoor pool. »

« Room had all kinds of bugs they must have sprayed some were dead. TV microwave and fridge were not even hooked up. Air conditioner worked. After an 11 hour drive and paying through you made it impossible to go somewhere else. Counter girl felt terrible because her boss got mad over the phone she took pics of bugs I killed and threw in toilet, it was a roach, but there were all kinds of bugs walking around. I have a service dog and there was no place to state that your apartment. ap. So we...

« The hotel was ultra clean. The staff was personable and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The outside landscaping was either dead or totally missing. The swimming pool was not in operation as was the pancake maker. The bed and pillows were terrible. All of the furniture was old. We overlooked all of it because the staff was so nice and accomodating. Right off the expressway. not very noisy. »
