« Hôtel moderne à quelques kilomètres de l’aéroport de Denver, propre, neuf. Navette aéroportuaire déficiente: après plus d’une heure d’attente à l’aéroport, avons pris un taxi. Les informations obtenues à la réception de l’hôtel quant à ce service étaient aussi inexactes. Vous êtes dépendants des services offerts à l’hôtel: aucun restaurant, aucun commerce dans un court rayon à moins d’être en voiture. »

« The airport shuttle could be late (40 minutes late) in the afternoon. You have to call the hotel for the shuttle in the afternoon, but most of the time they do not answer. The hotel staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. »

Le petit déjeuner était très convenable et tout le personnel charmant, notamment Bianca qui a réglé un problème personnel. »
