« Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. « Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« Great place in a great location. Very walkable to all RiNo has to offer. We had a little trouble with the door codes initially but the property manager took our after-hours call and resolved the issue right away. »

« Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by).
