« When I arrived at the hotel, she put me in room 207. I went up to the room and when I opened the door, the mirror was so dirty. You could barely see your reflection in it. It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. It wasn’t as dirty as the other one, but it was still dirty. I ended up going back to the lobby. They basically was like I don’t know what to do. I said give me the Cleaning...

« Front desk lady was rude when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready so I had to come back in an hour. When I came back the small lobby was packed and the 2 front desk employees took forever to check people in. The lobby isn’t welcoming and the building is older. The floor I was on smelled strongly of cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again. »
