Beach right down the street, went deep sea fishing through Eastman’s which was right across the street from the neighborhood where this cute vacay spot is located & short drive to Hampton shops/restaurants!! « Great location, clean and comfortable. We were thankful to be so close to the heart of Portsmouth. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy parking. We appreciated to comfort of the apartment and the washer and dryer. »

« Our stay at your apartment was wonderful. It was clean, well supplied and walking distance to town. The location allowed us to drive to Salem and Boston without having to check in and out of other apartments. I loved the bath towels. I’m fact, I ordered a few for my own home. »

« This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. »

« The place was exactly like the description and photos. The host was available and made sure every day that I didn’t miss anything! It was perfect for my kids and I, the beach is within walking distance and wasn’t too crowded for the period which was appreciated. We could see the beautiful sunset from our balcony. Overall, we would stay longer and that’s probably what we will do next year! Thanks! »

"Il y avait une partie en rénovation mais il faisait très attention. Chambre confortable et bon petit déjeuner. La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient super ! avec de la musique en fond sonore ! "
