Nos gîtes et cottages à Sud de l'Alabama

« The cottage was indeed in a cozy location, stocked with coffee and water. Perfect for just a few nights. Thanks, Garrett »

« Very nice residence for what I needed for the weekend! »

« This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. If you bring your dog,...

« It's a great place ! The beach is just across the road with plenty of public parking. The Rookery has two pools that stay open until 10:30. We will be back next year !! »

« The property was very inviting and relaxing..beautiful view and peaceful! »

« Overall, this property is quite nice. There was only a couple of issues that future guests should know. First is the well-reported issue with the passcode for the gate and front door to the cottage. The owner was quick to respond to our messages regarding this matter. After we got that sorted out, there were no further problems with the passcode. Second is the solar-powered gate. Just a reminder that if there is not enough sunshine to fill the solar bank, you will have problems getting the...

« Our 2nd time to Pelican’s Perch and we love the house, the great fishing spots, and the location. Very clean, communication with Nicki is great and response time is quick. Beware though of alligators in the water. »

« Super cozy home for our week long stay on the island. Host was very nice and communicated well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Great house. Quiet neighborhood and not far from most local restaurants and stores. »

« I cannot write about the property itself. I booked this for a 1 night stay as I was reporting to military the day after. The owner messaged almost a week prior asking if I would be willing to move to an apartment. I politely declined and the owner stated that was fine and my reservation would not change. I showed up at the rental house and there was someone else occupying the house. Attempted to contact owner several times. Middle of the night and the rental property I am paying for is occupied...

« Property was clean and host was great. I would book again »

« It was perfect! Created the atmosphere of a beach getaway that our midwestern hearts were desiring! The modern, cool colors, clean home, and just a few minutes walk to the beach met our expectations for this trip. We fit all 7 of us in this home with plenty of space to spread out as needed. The host was very commutative as well. We had all kitchen supplies needed to cook a few meals in the house as well. Such a cute community! Definitely will come again! »

« The stay was awesome. Everything was clean, the house was so cute and close to the pools and ponds. The host was amazing about responding to questions timely and the kids had a blast on the golf cart. Definitely want to go back again! »
