« I could not ask for anything more from my stay!! It was perfect. I stopped here for the night before traveling 8+ hours home and it was just me and my two babies. after checking in the front desk clerk noticed I was clearly struggling to get everything and carry my one year old as well, she came and grabbed a handful of my things and took it to my room without me even asking! « The one thing that matters the most in our stay is the ability to sleep well. The bed was comfortable and the pillows hit the head just right. If I didn't have to leave I could have slept longer. Longer than I have in a long time. We are planning to come back just to sleep. »

« The first room I was assigned to was not clean the bed linens were all over the place like someone had slept in the bed and their was trash on the counters. I had to go back to the front desk and get another room assigned that was clean. The second room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock. Quite uncomfortable. I checked out super early in the morning and did not stay for breakfast because I couldn’t sleep any more on the hard bed. »

« Property was clean and in go shape but Lesa was a desk clerk was rude and not very professional with me as a customer. I turned in a night which she said had to be ok'd by expedia which I called them they said they had to call her and she said we couldn't but they okayed it. It was as if after the call she had a problem with us and wouldn't give us a receipt or check us out of the room even thought we left because we had a situation in Florida.
