« The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. « Our room was spacious with a GREAT view of the gulf. The location was right in the middle of everything making the beach area easy walking distance. And, they loved our Chihuahua. »

« This place was much better than i thought it would be for a Best Western. This place gets high marks all around. »

« Clean rooms. Staff friendly and attentive. Great location. The only problem was that pool side bar and grill were closed along with other amenities. Being that we were on spring break vacation it baffles me how this wasn’t open and was a little upset we weren’t able to enjoy those things being it was our first experience in Orange Beach. »
