pas de chambre non fumeur disponible donc nous avons pris une fumeur, la senteur était épouvantable mais bon... c'était à s'y en attendre. sinon le lit était correct malgré les draps tâché de crayons. l'eau du robinet et de la douche sentait fort la moisissure / champignons donc nous nous sommes passé de ce luxe . pour déjeuner , toast et brioches commercial. manque de lait donc pas de céréales. voilà.... je donnerais un max de 1*1/2

Besides the room being in major need of a face lift everything was broken like the buttons on the heater/air conditioner and the TV remote so we had to guess what we needed to push. We requested a non smoking room and clearly was not by the smell of cigarettes. I called the front immediately and there only resolution was to spray a nasty cinnamon scented air freshener. We were in town for a sport tournament and were so disappointed to not be comfortable.

Had to wait for a handicap room. The lady at the front desk argued saying we didnt have a handicap room. When i ordered one . Then we had to wait 30 minute for them to clean it. For a handicapped room, there was no bars near the toliet and not enough space for a wheelchair to be used.

too close to freeway. my room was on the side closest to freeway. the room was non-smoking but had a stale smoky smell. the towels were terrible. bed were uncomfortable. the direct tv didn't get aclot of channels. just not good, even for $125.

Needs work
I ended up with what was labeled an accessable room. (#118) However, it was not up to those standards and wouldn't have been acceptable for a disabled person. Room was far from the handicapped parking spaces. There was no grab bar by the toilet, no towel rack or hook within reach of the shower, and no place to set toiletries within reach for someone in a wheelchair. The shower curtain rod was the curved kind which extended beyond the shower basin so the bathroom floor got really wet and there was only one small bath mat. No tissues. No luggage rack. Had to ask for a blow dryer. Couldn't get the TV to work even after the nice front desk guy came and tried. Only redeeming features were that it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with a nice reading lamp. Breakfast was only carbs and bananas, but had a nice long time window.

Overall if you need a place to crash and leave the next day it's fair. Room smelled like cigarettes, the mini fridge was leaking, and you have to raise the bathroom door to close it. Not that far from the downtown area. Not much to look or walk around the area
