Plus a small dining table, ample seating, private washer & dryer and new TV make this a spectacular condo.

The amenities of this building & condo can't be beat! Park in the heated parking garage and take the elevators right up to your condo. Don't worry about lugging your ski gear back and forth to the ski area because there's a private ski locker for you at the base of the Steamboat Resort. Finally, the private entrance to the building is right off Yampa Street, one of Steamboat's most desirable locations.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Bed in the Primary Suite and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps up to four guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the labeled spot #42 in the heated underground garage, this spot may be too small for some larger vehicles. No trailer parking permitted.

We loved our condo here in downtown Steamboat. No problems were encountered. We walked to dinner every night. Slept hard-fished hard. We would absolutely stay here again!

Although it was well equipped and nicely located we would not rent this particular unit again because of the noise at night as several businesses emptied their trash. Clanging and banging at 11 pm and worse than that was the trash pickup in the morning at 6am

Great stay at Howelsen Place

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Howelsen Place. Location was great, the condo was spacious w really nice quality bedding and cookware, and we appreciated having a washer dryer in the unit w all of our ski gear. The unit was quiet and well appointed and we definitely would stay again!

Sweet Spot!

Location x 3! Downtown. Parking in the boat can be difficult, this unit includes an underground garage. Clean. Everything you need. Steamboat Lodging makes checking in easy. Hubby and I hope to stay there again!

Great location

Excellent location. A lot codes and instructions to get in, but once you figure it out it’s a great place. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc so we didn’t have to use our car. 4 stars because it definitely felt like it needed a good scrubbing and a few repairs. I’m sure that’s due to busy summer rental season. Great communication from the rental management- Steamboat Lodging- and will definitely rent from them in the future.

Steamboat Springs Condo

This was our first time in Steamboat and the condo was located close to everything! Shopping,restaurants,walking trails. It was not on the main streets so not a lot of traffic noise. The condo was clean and had all the amenities! We especially enjoyed the personal touch when we arrived with an anniversary card with places to spend our special day! Great place and we will tell everyone to visit!!!

Nice condo. We were there in May, so no need to have easy access to the ski area. Easy to walk to everything else. Nice trails around the Yampa River. And fabulous restaurants. The condo was clean and well appointed. No complaints.

Excellent place to stay! Convenient to everything downtown and just a 10 minute car ride to everything on the mountain! Steamboat Mountain Lodging was so nice and helpful! Will stay there again for sure!

Great condo in downtown Steamboat!

Howelston Place is the place to stay in downtown Steamboat! The condo was very clean, well stocked with towels and paper products and has a very responsive property management company. It's super close to all the downtown restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the shuttle. We loved staying here!
