Appartement à louer à Station de métro Winthrop Street

« I want to stay in this spot every time I come to New York!!! It’s a little downstairs apartment complete with an adorable retro kitchen and clean modern bathroom. There were artsy accents everywhere and as a ceramicist myself I was obsessed with the ceramics in the unit. I can’t wait to book this again. The area was super safe and the metro station is one street away »

« Very nice place! It was very clean and smell good. Easy to get to the subway to go around Brooklyn and Mannathan.Communication with the host was easy and fast We really enjoy our stay »

« My reservation was canceled the same day. It was a terrible experience »

« lovely and spacious apartment in a very convenient and fun neighborhood, minutes away from subway and buses. Owner was readily accessible and reached out several times during our stay to check in and see whether we needed anything - above and beyond the call of duty. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed such as extra towels, plenty of paper goods, spices, Keuring coffee cups, and more. Thank you to the owner, I highly recommend this property with no reservations. »

« My husband, two children and I stayed in this house for 4 nights. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and living room. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft and clean. However, the neighborhood is pretty bad and feels quite unsafe. We did not feel safe enough to walk anywhere to find somewhere to eat or shop. So we Door Dashed food for a few days and took taxis everywhere. Normally I wouldn’t be so disappointed with the neighborhood, but the location was...

« Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. We had some...

« The host has excellent communication skills and is very personable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and quite convenient. The water heater did fail, but the host replaced it the next day. We will be back for more adventures. Thank you to Michael & Gus who are exceptional hosts! »

« Truly a hidden gem! Amazing host, beautiful apartment, convenient location… Anything one could ever hope for. On top of that, finding a 1-bedroom fully furnished and fully equipped apartment in NYC is unbelievable. One of those “seems too good to be true” experiences that are actually very much true. Feeling very fortunate and blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here! »

« My host never communicated (and still hasn't) about access to the property. We had to stay in an airport hotel and make other reservations. I can't believe this happened. I communicated with your staff who were apologetic and helpful. I can't believe this host would have done something so irresponsible. »

« Had a great one month stay and it had everything I needed and the host was very quick to respond! Thanks! »

« Nice neighborhood location, walkable to local shops and to Prospect Park. The host was very communicative as needed and aloud me to extend my stay for a second month. It’s a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in an old, pre-war building - and there were a number of plumbing issues during my stay. »

« Great location, private patio with Bbq. I would stay there again »
