« The property was very sparsely furnished, and the soft furnishings were very dirty. The heaters in both bedrooms were falling off the walls, and the mirror in the master bedroom was leaning against the wall because the stand was broken. There was also no mirror in the bathroom, which is really a necessity. We contacted the property manager as soon as we got there to report these issues and asked if they had any fans that they could lend to us, as the property was extremely hot and uncomfortable....

« Pretty average, leaning towards below average. Pros: - Good location - easy self check in (instructions were inaccurate though) - price is okay Cons: - 20% of my cost was a cleaning fee. Yet the owners think it's appropriate to request guests take out the bins and remove the bedding. Pick one. You're being greedy. - Sound travels very easy throughout the building. We could hear the conversations of the downstairs neighbour. - not particularly cosy, needs painting and the shower doors...

« Unfortunately, the rooms were tidy but not really clean, especially the dishes. The house is home to many people and the entrance area is not nice. The whole area needs a lot more care. The flat is okay, just functional, not really welcoming. It is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, no dishwasher. The mattress could do with replacing as well. The location is good, close to shops, town centre and major A roads. »
