Premium room had whirlpool bath, very nice, Good pillows & mattress. Cons: TV in room quite old, needs time updated to BST, unable to use EPG as mainly not available. New TV would be better. Knives in restaurant & bar couldn't cut butter, need replacing. Bath surround needs mildew treating. »

« Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. « The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International. »
