The 1940 Boutique Studio

This is a well equipped 240 sqft studio in a Mom & Pop style resort with a Queen size murphy bed and full kitchen provides an affordable opportunity to experience all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Located on the inter-coastal, 2 blocks to the sugar white sands with free parking. Please read the full description. This is a studio (one room) with a Murphy bed (pull down bed in the wall). The Resort has a minimum age policy, you must be at least 25 years of age to rent. No pets.

This is a Fully furnished water view efficiency studio in a resort in beautiful Clearwater Beach, Florida. Unit boasts a Queen size murphy bed, couch, 32" flat screen television, fully equipped kitchen in a resort on the intercoastal, complete with a shared BBQ area, patio, heated swimming pool and dock.

The unit is completely furnished with towels, linens, glassware and flatware.

The space
PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

Clearwater Beach is home to a white sugar sand beach, caressed by the Gulf of Mexico. Everything is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, shopping, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! There is a nightly Sunset festival on Pier 60 featuring local artists.

If you choose to drive, there is plenty of on site parking. Leave your car and take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

There is something to do for everyone in beautiful Clearwater Beach, Florida.

The Resort has a minimum age policy. Guests must be at least 25 years of age. Please do not contact me asking for an exception, as it is a Resort policy and proof of age is required upon check in.

When Robert and I visited Orlando, Florida for Universal Studios Horror Nights we were supposed to fly back on a Sunday but decided to extend our stay to visit Clearwater Beach, Florida from a tip from our LYFT driver. We took her advice and were so glad we did. We fell in love instantly with the views, food, weather, and atmosphere that Clearwater Beach has to offer. We loved it so much we wanted to be part of it and purchased this Condo to share the experience with others, just like yourself. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we did and live your life to the fullest. We do live in Denver, Colorado and will not be able to be there during your stay. However, we are here to help and happy to help with any aspect of your stay. We are almost always available via phone, text or email. There is also a live in property Manager, available to assist throughout your stay.

Blocks away from the beach and a nice view of the harbor. After a long day at the beach and all the fun activities to do in Florida, you will be able to escape in this quiet peaceful space.

If you choose to drive, there is plenty of on site parking. Leave your car and take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system. We personally take a LYFT ride from the airport to the condo. But the choice is yours.

Paddleboards, kayaks, jet ski's, beach chairs are available to rent at nearby facilities.

Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Check out at or before 10:00 a.m.
Fishing is allowed but cleaning/gutting/filleting fish inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! - ($300.00 additional Cleaning Fee will be assessed if this happens)
Please clean, gut and fillet fish at the cleaning stations on the dock. Please make sure to clean up after cleaning fish.
All garbage must be placed in the dumpster outside D building upon check out
No smoking in the unit - you are welcome to smoke in the common areas.
All laundry, including bed linens, are placed in the laundry basket before checkout
Dishes cleaned and put away before checkout.
