Situated in quaint Pass-A-Grille, this lovely beach retreat offers unbeatable access to the pristine coastline and spectacular views of Gulf sunsets. Designed for ultimate relaxation, your well-equipped studio has a full kitchen and a TV. Spend days sunbathing on the observation deck, which boasts stunning beach views. Ample loungers invite relaxation in the sun. This conveniently located condo offers seamless walkability to restaurants, shops, and attractions while still in a tranquil setting. Thrill-seekers can schedule a parasailing adventure or rent a kayak to experience a different perspective of the Gulf. For even more excitement, downtown is less than 12 miles away.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and access to an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Vacasa “Bait & Switch” 18 hours before check in.

Informed 18 hours B4 check-in the beachfront facility I’d booked/paid for weeks before had “hurricane damage” so VRBO’s local management, Vacasa, shifted me to a site in StPete proper, far from the beach. Had to locate, pitch & fight for a comparable alternative myself. I visited the original hotel, it was full and functioning:, no “hurricane damage” visible. I visited the facility

Management Companies

I loved the area and the place was clean. The management company was not helpful and no one knew about the parking. They kept telling us the parking space was 4-R, to go out and look for the space. We continued to tell them they were 4 numbers for street parking. After 11 threads of email without help from them, it turns out 4-R is the area and parking in from was good (along with registering my car and license - that Vacasa did).I spent too much time emailing the first day of arrival! Not cool when I was going for peace and get a way from the hectic city life.

Perfect Paradise in Pass A Grille

Great location, nice accommodation for 2

Nice accommodation for my wife and I but can see where 3 or more would be a crowd. Very clean and better than what I expected for a rental. In fact, on the first day of our stay Vacasa followed with a survey on the cleanliness and displayed a wiliness to correct any problems we saw. This also opened up a line of communication with them to report any problems throughout our stay. The worst problem we encountered was with the air conditioner. It looks like with all the units there, the air conditioners are old and dirty, the one in this room is no exception. Overall though, we experienced a pleasant stay and accommodating management.

Don’t do it

On our first day, I was informed by an employee with Vacasa that the cable wasn’t working but that by day 2 of the trip, it’d be fixed. That never happened. Also, when I booked, the listing stated it accommodated 4. Now the listing states it accommodates 3. Why was I not informed beforehand that it was no longer suitable for 4? It definitely was not. It wouldn’t be suitable for even 3. You’d think that couch was a pull out with a mattress- it is a futon. Towels were dirty, floor had hair all over. We saw tiny little roach like bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioner is maybe 5” from the bed. It rattles and continuously runs all day/night. I attempted to send the employees photos of the dirty items but you also won’t get phone service either, so I could barely text anything. We’ve been to pass a grille 5x. There are other units in this building that are much nicer, cleaner and more updated. Don’t book this.

The location of the unit was excellent. It was steps away from the beach. The property was under construction, which made for a loud morning when they were working on the unit. The actual place was fine in terms of what it was -- it's a small place for sleeping and showering. The parking situation should be more clear, as there are side streets that have signs about parking without a permit. Overall - nice place -- wish it was not under construction, as we could have utilized the balcony and enjoyed the view a little more.

We didn't have a working toilet for the first 24 hours. It was clogged and over flowed when we first used it. No one answered the phone sunday finally got through on monday at 9am. Want fixed until 1pm. We had to go to restaurants to use their bsthrooms
