Stay here! Wonderful experience right from the start. They are doing remodeling at the property but it didn’t limit their quality of service and access to amenities. The rooftop was beautiful, beach area was quiet and easily accessible to the room for quick snacks or break from the sun.

Excellent facilities, very clean and neat. Bed and shower linens smelled clean and freshly washed. Updated rooms, beautiful flooring and shower stones. Convenient kitchenette for small meals allowed us to spend more time taking advantage of the pool, hot tub and beach vs finding food! 2 short blocks to John’s Pass with tons of cute shops -jewelry, food, hats, cigars, souvenirs. Highly impressed and looking forward to returning! My one and only complaint was the shower water going from hot to cold approximately 6 times during our showers in both restrooms. All in all a fantastic stay!

Had a great experience at Barefoot Beach Club...they were very accommodating as our flight was early. We got there and they held our bags offered us a changing area to get into our bathing suits and pool keys..we were able to get that whole day in. They also got us into our room 2 hours prior to check in. I will definitely be back.

The best thing about the property is the location right on the beach - particularly the Beach Front Units which have a nice view of the Gulf. The property itself is older and very basic and the units are in need of upgrading.

Easy check-in, provided waterproof room key bracelets, had a spectacular beachfront view. There is also a rooftop deck which when finished will be a great place to spend some time in the evening. More information about beach chair/umbrellas upfront would have been helpful. We thought it was provided for guests but found out it is $35 per day first come first serve, don’t have to be a hotel guest. You have to get there really early because there are many that are rented out for several days so there are less available.

Just leaving from a great vacation! Amazing location so close to the water. Chair and umbrellas can be rented daily right on beach. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top area to watch sunrises and perfect view from beach to watch sunsets. Walking distance to John’s pass for many dining and shopping choices. Like that nobody is going in and out of your room during your stay. If you need towels or other supplies you put dirty ones in basket and circle what you need on the postcard in the basket set it out by 10 am and it’s refilled and sitting in front of your door by lunchtime. Staff is very friendly. Very clean. A little construction going on but not distruptive to our stay at all.

Being on the beach was wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained, and it was very nice that towels for the pool and beach are provided. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we could see a bit of the gulf. The area is mellow and easy to navigate. Just what we needed.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Madeira Beach. The condo was well-appointed. The kitchen area had a new coffee pot, fridge and all the basics needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was terrific!

Property is near everything you want to go to, staff was super nice, towel return is convenient and easy, everybody at the pool was very nice, there were a couple of kids but well behaved and not driving anybody crazy. The hot tub could be a little hotter, should have stayed longer!! Love it !

We booked an ocean front room and loved every minute we were there. The front building is older but clean and kept up well. The back building is new but not ocean front. The rooftop on the back building is gorgeous and perfect for sunset views. Only downfall was there is only one elevator for the front building and it was slow and broken down one full day. Also, no daily cleaning of rooms. They exchange towels and have request cards for restocking items but sheets are not changed and removal of garbage and cleaning is on your own.

I like the quietness of the beach and the walking distance to John’s pass. It would have been nice to have a full size mirror in the room, hard to get ready when one is showering and that’s the only mirror. Would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open. Otherwise really nice place.

We love to stay here. It’s convenient to everything. Beautiful beach, Lisa’s Cafe, John’s Pass, all just a short walk. Staff is always amazing, rooms are beautiful, clean with a definite tropical vibe. Perfect little decks for coffee, mimosas, cocktail hour or just enjoying the view. Rooftop communal seating for gorgeous sunsets, star gazing, sunbathing, and of course gulf view. This is for sure where we will always stay.
