L’appartement était parfaitement équipé et surtout très propre et neuf. La communication avec l’hébergeant était aisée par mail ou WhatsApp et nos demandes ont toutes été satisfaites rapidement. Nous étions au ground floor avec une fenêtre donnant sur une cour aveugle mais franchement le manque de luminosité n’était pas gênant et surtout c’était calme. La localisation est idéale, proche de beaucoup de points d’intérêt tant à pied qu’en bus ou métro.

I am very happy with the room and my stay overall. Communication with the Residence is very efficient (quick returns via messaging). The residence staff attentive to requests. A minor quibble, if one were to look for one: the AC in my room was a bit too noisy for my taste, they said it'll be looked into (I didn't expect a quick fix). .The room was spotless clean, so was the (what looks like very recently renovated) building's interior. And the location was perfect for my work-related stay. Already recommended Cleveland Res to a colleague.
