Enter through the door and find yourself first in the kitchen that looks out into the living room as well as the patio with an ocean view. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary desires if cooking is on the agenda.
The Atlantic Ocean will be your view when you stay at Seaside Sunrise! Thereâs a boardwalk across the dunes to the beach where you can boogie board, beachcomb and build sandcastles. The community features a beautiful pool and youâre just a few short miles from historic St. Augustine.
The views are a must see from the two balconies you'll have. The upper balcony is right off the primary bedroom. The covered patio includes a table and chairs overlooking the ocean and beach. What a great place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail!
The two-story Sea Place 11208 condo can accommodate six guests when the sleeper sofa is used as a bed for two. The living room includes a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. Thereâs a large HDTV with cable and HBO, ShowTime and Starz. (Cable is only available on the first floor.)
This condo has all the utensils, appliances, cookware and serving ware you need to cook meals for your family and friends. Just stop by a grocery store to pick up ingredients on your way to the condo and youâll be all set!

King bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. TV in bedroom for your enjoyment! Each evening youâll want to step out on your balcony and watch the stars come out over the Atlantic.

Living room (1st floor) -
Queen sleeper sofa, ensuring additional sleeping space when needed. Extra bedding is available upon request, ensuring a restful night's sleep for every guest.
Thereâs a second bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination. As added convenience, the condo has a half-bath on the first floor and a washer and dryer.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
