Come see why this 2 bed/2 bath Amelia Island Plantation Villas will exceed your expectations. Nestled into the Amelia Island Plantation on the south end, this Beach Wood Villa Offers a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living area and laundry room, 2 bedrooms and their baths on the same level.

The unbeatably convenient location situates guests just steps away from beach access (simply stroll across the street), a quiet beach, 2 minute walk away, and the Shops of Amelia Island Plantation Village, which is home to various boutiques and restaurants.

This condo provides ideal sleeping arrangements for a family or for a couples trip — king bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable fold out couch. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the villa has its own private balcony.

After soaking up sun on the beach, guests can cozy up in the living room with the comfortable seating and flat-screen TV with cable provided. High speed internet is also available, with plenty of board games and brain teaser puzzles, great fun for the whole family.

For meal time, the dining area comfortably seats six and the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware items you need for preparing meals. Beach chairs,beach towels, Which are all provided with this rental. Also a bonus, unit has an elevator, which will take you to the units top floor where the unit is located.

Enjoy the biking/walking trails on the resort, great spa, shops, and restaurants, or many of the other activities. Or, venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options.

Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

The Omni shops and restaurants are close enough to walk to.

Cheryl’s Sea Shed is cute as a button, with spacious rooms and all the amenities you want for a beach vacation! Chairs, sand toys, inner tubes, and a well stocked kitchen and game area! We will definitely stay again. The beach access is a 2-minute walk and the pool is even closer. You can walk to the shops and restaurants at Omni Plantation. Oh, and it’s a small dog friendly neighborhood!

Our family had a great time. The condo had good space for our family of 4. The walk to the beach is not that far. Very quiet and just down the road from the Omni. The pool was nice and was cleaned everyday when we were there. Staff came by and got the leaves out of the pool which was nice. Overall a great place to stay.

The host was great. The property needs a renovation. Listing was stated as close to the beach it is not. The get to the pool is not ADA, so forget going if you cant do many many steps to get to the elevator, so plan accordingly if steps are an issue. The unit is equipped with bare minimum. Beach equipment was full of sand and boogie boards were broken. This was not the best. It would be nice if the unit as stated had beach towels, none. Please put a better equipped coffee bar, like napkins, sugar, etc. I guess we thought the rating of 10 would be a 10. We give it a 6.

I really enjoyed our stay. The beach was SO close, and the beach chairs were great quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet even with upstairs neighbors. The condo also had tons of hangers, which is a small but appreciated detail! Lastly, even if you’re not traveling with pets, don’t let the pet friendly detail deter you. This place was spotless.

Highly recommend booking this property for a stay on Amelia Island. Very well equipped for whatever you want to do during your stay. Nicely decorated and very clean. We loved our stay at Cheryl’s Sea Shed. The condo was just as the pictured. One of the cleanest VRBO condo’s that we’ve stayed in. Short walk across the street to the beach and easy access to the pool behind the condo. Beach and property very dog friendly! Perfect for family vacation!

Peaceful Getaway

Great location among the trees just steps from the beach, long walks, shopping. Condo is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and quiet! The property manager makes herself available for any questions you might have. We'll be staying here again on our next visit to Amelia Island.

Amelia Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo which is in the perfect location within the Omni Resort. Easy walk to the beach yet tucked back into the beautiful trees with the walking trails directly in front of the condo. Even though this unit is on the 3rd floor, the elevator was always empty and we basically had our own private elevator coming and going. Due to the lay of the land, the condo pool has a lot of stairs that may hinder some getting to and from the pool. But, it didn't affect our grandkids. The unit was plenty cool with good air conditioning and the showers were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great location within Amelia Island Plantation. Across the street from beach access, easy walk to The Village area for dining, mini-golf, golf cart rentals and shopping. Easy walk to the Omni Resort for ocean front dining. The condo photos represent the unit well. Nicely furnished and decorated well. The bedding is VERY comfortable, as is the living area furniture. The pool is close by, access is by walkway with alot of stairs. Parking is easy, there are steps up to the bldg elevators. We would stay here again for sure.

The propery was beautiful. The pool has a view of the golf course. If you want quiet but still be able to go to the beach and shop within walking distance. Kieth was an awesome host. He was very responsive to our needs.

Gorgeous area

The condo was easy to find, clean, and had really everything that we needed for a girls weekend. The condo is located in the perfect spot. We had a very short walk to the beach, you are near walking trails, and close to the Omni resort area. Perfect vacation.

Everything we needed for our family Florida stay was here. Love the beach within walking distance right across the parking lot. Pool right behind this unit was great for the teen. Lots of amenities within a short drive. Perfect for our family, including the pooch. Very dog friendly area. One of the cleanest VRBO units I've stayed at.

Great property and location- everything you need in a vacation rental. Cheryl is an awesome hostess and very pleasant to deal with. This isn't Cheryl’s fault but beware of the additional fees applied by VRBO on top of the rental rate- very surprised needless to say.

Fantastic Vacation!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and this property was gorgeous! The owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach towels/wagon made it nice! The path to beach is right across the road and a very easy walk. The beach was full of shells and not crowded! We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days at the beach. To access the pool, you have to climb several stairs just to give a heads up. The pool was nice and had a great view. There is an elevator to access the room, but you need to walk up a couple of stairs to get to the elevator from the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Golf getaway

Cheryl’s Sea Shed was the perfect spot for our golf and beach vacation! This condo was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated our mini goldendoodle being able to stay with us. Very short walk to the beach and the condo had all the beach gear we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We would highly recommend this condo for families who love to travel with their furry friend.
