« The property is a very short walk to the beach with easy access to food options and the pier. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again. Especially since it is pet friendly! It would be so helpful have a dresser in the master closet and a small stick vacuum to help keep things tidy. Also the property really needs a dedicated place to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beyond that it met all our needs. »

« LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This little diamond in the rough is located perfectly within walking distance to St. George Street where all the action is at. Everything about it is so convenient... parking just steps away from the front of the house, spacious rooms (primary bedroom and bathroom are huge!), more room than you can ask for! A/C worked like a charm in every room even in the hot, muggy weather that is typical to Florida in the summer. Was very impressed by how well the house is...

« The Colonial Quarter apartment was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. We were in the heart of everything without feeling overwhelmed or suffering from crowds or noise. The best part was enjoying the rocking chairs on the front porch with glasses of wine each evening people watching and listening to the live music from the quaint wine bar across the street.
