Sleeping arrangements
This elevated second-floor apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with luxury linens and its own ensuite bathroom. The guest room offers a queen bed and sits just off the hallway, with a full bathroom located right next to it. Both bedrooms are positioned away from the street and include ceiling fans to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Two full bathrooms are thoughtfully finished with glass showers, distinctive wallpaper, and farm-style sinks. Hot water and bathroom essentials are provided, creating a comfortable space to refresh after a day exploring the historic district.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dining table offers space to gather indoors, while the veranda provides an inviting outdoor dining area overlooking King Street. A full bar setup is available upon request.
Living space & entertainment
Unwind in the cozy living area with HDTV with Roku and Wifi for streaming or catching up on work. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable throughout the year, and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
