Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!

16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.

**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

This home was perfect for our stay. It was a wonderfully restored/refurbished older home within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining options. The kitchen was wonderful, though we didn't use it since we dined out most of the time. Bathrooms/bedrooms were nice. The hosts were fantastic about communication. The only glitch was the coded key entry was finicky and usually would take us a min of 3 tries to enter. Only suggestion I would make also would be to add another guest coded entry to the back since that is where we park and unload/load things from instead of walking to the front of the home. Wasn't too much of an issue for us though. Also know this unit is on the first level and if there are people renting the upstairs unit you can hear footsteps of people and dogs. Also, wasn't a problem for us as the unit upstairs was only occupied one night of our stay. I would 100% stay in this home again. Beautiful, comfortable home.

Pictures are accurate. Beautiful, classic, and sparkling clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Very short walk to St. George's Street and all the shops and restaurants. Best of all it is pet-friendly. Parking was easy behind the house. This will be our preferred lodging in St. Augustine from now on!

We had a very good experience at this property. The location was great -- just a few blocks from historic downtown St. Augustine. The house itself was clean and mostly up to date. The Master bedroom bed (a King size) and bathroom (very large) were wonderful. There were only a few minor problems that kept me from giving a rating of 5: WiFi was completely out for the first day; the microwave, Master bedroom ceiling fan, and second bedroom hairdryer were broken the entire stay (3 days); the guest bedroom bed was squeaky and guest shower and bathroom was small. I suspect that a lightening strike had hit before we arrived and knocked out the electrical items. But I felt they should have been checked ahead of time to make sure they were working properly. Still, we had a very good visit and we definitely couldn't beat the location near everything downtown.

Great location in St. Augustine

We stayed for 2 days and had a great visit. The location was within easy walking distance of the city’s attractions. It was perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms were large and the common areas were large and comfortable. We did not expect the need for identity verification and were not able to make it work. The property manager quickly provided an alternative.

Location is excellent!

The check-in process was seamless. I was kept up to date with text messages and accurate instructions for locating and entering the property without any trouble. Property was as pictured, but there is a strong mildewy smell in the home. They would benefit from a dehumidifier running. I didn't see any obvious leaking, but once in the home you really can't smell it. Nose blindness is real.The kitchen is well equipped with bowls pots and pans silverware glassware. The outdoor space was lovely but the table where the fire pit is was dirty. Downside: there were no cleaning products and no spices at all which would have been a convenience. We were only there for three nights and did not plan to have to bring those items.Location was walking distance to the fort a d all the St George St shopping & waterfront restaurants.

We really enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to all of the sites but far enough away to be quiet and easy to access by car. The off-street parking was an appreciated bonus. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the amenities provided. However, one thing to note is that the seating arrangement could use improvement, especially for larger groups. With the number of guests we had, there wasn’t enough seating in the living area for everyone to be comfortable. It would also be nice for a group of 6 to have another daybed or futon in the sun room for another sleeping option. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

Beautiful Old Home Charm With Modern Amenities

This beautiful old home in St. Augustine had all of the comforts that we needed for our three night stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the sun porch in the mornings, and the outside porch in the late afternoons. It is a great home to relax in after busy days enjoying the city. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The location of the home was excellent. It’s on a quiet street within a short walking distance to historic St. Augustine. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We highly recommend this property.

Great house in a great location

We really enjoyed our time in St Augustine and staying in this property. The location of this home allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it until the morning we checked out! The house is a beautiful vintage home with all the modern comforts. Very clean! The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We would absolutely stay in this house again!
