The Space:
THE SKINNY: This sweet little single story mariner's beach cottage is situated in the treasured heart of St. Augustine Beach, a wonderful residential neighborhood with incredibly close proximity to the beach, just 150 steps! This is the kind of place you can easily settle in and enjoy for months. From the cottage's private pool patio, amazing sun is available in gobs throughout the day. Sit back and listen to the sound of the waves rolling in! The kitchen is stocked to allow you to entertain and prepare meals for your whole group, or easily re-heat food from any of our wonderful restaurants. Relax inside or outside - enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!

THE PROXIMITY: Literal steps to the beach! A very safe walk with minor residential street traffic. Walkable within 3-15 minutes to the best parts of prime St. Augustine Beach and a 15 minute drive to the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 5 minutes from Publix grocery store.

THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 1 Queen, 1 Full and 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is equipped to service your group for a great night in! The TV's are Smart so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/2 layout:
1ST BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed.
2ND BEDROOM + BATH SUITE: 1 Queen bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and 2 vanity sinks.
3RD BEDROOM: 2 Twin beds.
GUEST BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo.

AMENITIES: Linens and towels are included. Fenced in pool patio with lounge furniture. Beautiful pool. Hammock. Outdoor dining. Stackable laundry machine within the unit. Beach gear. Driveway parking. Stocked kitchen and smart TVs. Propane Grill.

OPEN LIVING: The space is open so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, several trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.

PARKING: Parking is off-street in our driveway only.

LAUNDRY: We offer laundry machines in the unit with starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is RIGHT outside! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street (very close by) or in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just three short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance on A Street, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10-15 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

Perfect!

This house is so cute and felt bigger than the size. The outdoor space is an oasis! We could not have been more pleased. The rental group was phenom to work with and the very few minor issues i had were quickly resolved. It was the perfect place and helped make our vacation simply amazing.

Wonderful property in terrific location!

A great spot convenient to beach, restaurants, shopping! Sweet cottage, wonderful fenced in pool area offering private sunny spot to read or lounge off the beach! Nice neighbors too! A great way to walk off the winter blues!
