Oceans 13 is newly constructed and sits above shops along the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Two bedroom suites provide privacy and also balconies with ocean views, sunrises, and sunsets! Walk across the street in the morning to Beachside Diner for some breakfast. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and sit on the balcony while watching the beach neighborhood wake up on lazy summer mornings. Pick up a few beach chairs provided alongside the outdoor shower downstairs and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.
Oceans 13 Condo C is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

Great condo/great location. Easy walk to beach, pier, restaurants--great ice cream across the street. It's about 10 or 15 minutes from the old part of town, but it's a pretty smooth trip. I appreciated easy instructions about location and access.

This was everything I signed up for and more! I've had the most enjoyable experience with auh-mazing guest service. I honestly can't say enough about the property and the host! If I could give this 10 stars, I would. The place was super comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective. The hosts have thought of everything you need for a spectacular beach visit. Great Location

Fair price for being next to noisy main road
Overall this property is a great deal. There are some kinks in this property that need to be addressed thats common with new construction. End up driving up to the assigned parking space with debris blocking us from parking. Inside the property was very clean with new everything. Washer and dryer was a big plus for us.

Well Maintained Condo in a Good Location
The condo was clean and all appliances, etc. were in good working order. The property manager was very responsive to texted questions. Overall the experience was very good, except we decided to leave early because of an approaching hurricane and, since we hadn't purchased trip insurance, had to eat the cost of the unused nights. While the location was generally excellent for going to the beach, restaurants, etc., the condo is right on A1A and traffic noise can be heard in the bedrooms. Fortunately we had a sound machine which drowned out almost all of that.

Amazing Trip!
We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for us. It had just the right amount of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was just a very short walk to the beach and lots of places to eat and shop in walking distances. We really enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again!

Annual Family getaway
We were so excited to stay at this location as we have stayed at the ocean 13 villas next door in the past. This property blew us away. It was beautiful, clean, airy and had all the things a family needs for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable too. We love this location as it is close to everything. David was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had a question. The only issue we had was we were not prepared or warned about the beach restoration and closures. We purposely spend more and picked this location to be able to walk easily to the beach with our kids and this turned into a huge issue. As the days went on they closed more and more down the beach. We ended up having to drive to the beach instead of being able to just walk down the end of the road. This was a huge disappointment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property…when the beach restoration is complete.

Nice and clean house near the beach
We enjoyed our time there very much. It is super clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the whole house is beautifully decorated too. The size was perfect for our family of 6. Two main beds, a pull out sofa and long couch. It was nice that some beach items were available to use. Like boogie boards and towels etc.
However, the parking is quite inconvenient to where the unit is located. So, bringing your stuff inside on a hot day was not great. It's over, around a shop, and then up to the unit. The fridge did not work properly, but the owner was quite kind and willing to take care of it immediately.
We do wish the listing would have let us know about the beach being closed. There is a beach renourishment going on right now in St Augustine. So, once you walk to the beach(which isn't too far), you still have to walk (on the sand) another 150 yds to the right to get to the open beach. It was a long haul with kids.
Over all a great place. We would do it again, as long as that renourishment project is done. :)

Excellent Small Condo; Great Location
Very clean and new. Great location within a short walk of the beach and several good restaurants. Tandem parking was useful. I would only highlight two small issues: (1) We couldn't figure out how to turn on the kitchen lights so we had to cook after dark by iPhone flashlight; (2) Bedroom walls are very thin - we could hear the next door neighbor snoring all night. Bring a sound machine!

Very cute and convenient
This is a very cute little apartment on the main street. Convenient to shopping and restaurants (and there's an ice cream shop and diner across the street), and all only a block or so off of the beach - it's an easy walk! The outside seating areas are a nice touch. There are many steps up to get in so if accessibility is an issue for you, this is not a good spot. The apartment can also be loud due to traffic and the neighbors next door. Generally speaking, this was a great stay! Perfect for a small family or group. Be sure to bring garbage bags and paper towels along with your groceries. The host was a great communicator and very friendly.

Perfection!
We stayed for a quick two nights on our road trip from PA to Disney. This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). I've never been happier with a beach rental! There were other reviews that complained about being able to hear through the walls and I didn't even know there were renters on the other side until we saw them one day. We heard nothing at all. The rental was a perfect location to the beach, the Sunset Grille across the street was fantastic, the kids loved Island Donuts right down the street. We drove a short distance to Target and the downtown area and went to Marineland one of the days to swim with the dolphins. The washer and dryer were perfect for us on a long road trip - such a huge help. I honestly cannot say enough about this property. Even though we were on our way to Disney, none of us wanted to leave!

Great weekend
Arrived to find a dirty coffee maker with used ground/filter still in it. The light fixtures in both bathrooms and all ceiling fans needed a thorough cleaning/dusting. Other than that, an awesome place, perfect location and would highly recommend it to anyone else.
