St. George Studio Retreat + Parking by RPG

Summary:
Stay in the center of it all at The Studio on Saint George Street, a pedestrian-traffic only street in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the town come alive as shops and restaurants open for the day. Venture out and explore historic St. Augustine, which is all within walking distance of the apartment. There is a nearby parking spot included with your reservation.

The Space:
The studio is furnished with a smart TV, king sized bed and full sized convertible sofa, perfect for small children or a single adult. The kitchenette space is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge. The large bathroom is newly renovated with a sizable stand up shower and vanity. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Pets are allowed with prior approval. 2 pet maximum / $75 pet fee per pet.

Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. Keypad locks provide easy entry and check in.
We will provide detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. For the safety of all guests and our team, we do not provide door codes prior to the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in historic downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street. Walking distance to nearly all attractions and sightseeing points of interest. Stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and establishments in town.

Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around downtown. Old Town Trolley is also accessible (picks up just a few hundred yards from the apartment, at the City Gates). If you are planning to go to the beaches, you will need to drive.

Other Things to Note:
📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
