« Great location, beautiful grounds but rooms are in need of maintenance: The toilet seat does not fit properly, the toilet pan is cracked, the bath is not clean, the window blind does not work, the wallpaper is torn, the carpet is stained, and the windows can not be secured when open due to a broken latch. And...NO hot water!! (so no shower!) Breakfast was disappointing too as the coffee machine was broken and so was the toaster (so no toast)... »

« Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended. »
