Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 4 bed 4 bath home. Two kitchens and two separate living areas make this home a great choice for large groups. Located half a mile from downtown, this house has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. UPSTAIRS

Master bedroom- Enjoy BIG views out of the bay window! In addition to that, it has a king size bed and attached bathroom.

The living room- This is our favorite space in the house! We have a very comfortable leather couch sectional and a large tv! There is also a beautiful fireplace to use if the weather calls for it.

Kitchen and Dining- These spaces are combined. There are three bar stools and a four person table for dining! We live in this portion of the home so it should have everything you need and more.

The second bedroom- Has a queen size bed and big bay window.

Half bath- Just outside of the second bedroom for your convenience.

Upper deck- This is such a special place to be. This deck overlooks Spearfish Creek and the city campground. Expansive views of the Hills allow you to enjoy Crow Peak, Spearfish Mountain and the Spearfish Canyon.

DOWNSTAIRS

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and half bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well.

Living room- The spacious living area has a working area, tv, couch, and a beautiful live edge bar to eat at. The bar has four stools and there is one more folding stool located in the living room closet. There is also a twin size floor mattress located in the living room closet.

Kitchen- This is a partial kitchen with a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, and counter top burner. You’ll also find a washer/dryer combo in this room for you to use.

Main bathroom- Located in the hallway this bathroom will have everything you need.

Outdoor space- This is such a peaceful space, one that makes this listing super special. There will be a couple of chairs and an outdoor couch for you to enjoy the views of Spearfish Creek below. On hotter days we have a power awning for you and on the colder you’ll be welcomed with a wonderful hot tub experience!
