« The suite we stayed in would have been perfect if not for (1) the complete absence of a hair dryer, and (2) the fact that the foldout couch bed was totally busted. We almost couldn't pull it out at all, and when we did, we saw that the frame was mangled and broken, unable to be lain on at all. It was so bad we were not able to return it to its folded position.
