« We were not given enough towels for 2 adults and the conditioner in the shower was out. we asked for more towels and conditioner and they only brought the conditioner and never came back with the towels and when we left 45 minutes later all of the staff was eating in the lobby. The staff wasn’t friendly and overall wasn’t happy with the stay. »
