« All was great. The pool was enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy. One of the staff members was beyond lazy. I had a leaky coffee cup. Asked for a towel, and she told me she would clean it up. Then just sat there while another person staying at the hotel cleaned it up instead, therefore making me feel like trash because I absolutely could have and woukd have done it myself had she not said she would get it. Otherwise we had a great stay. »

« I usually have good experiences with Hampton Inn, so this stay was disappointing. Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working.
