« We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Colleen's Westhampton house. She was by far the most communicative host we've had so far and such a lovely person. The house itself has everything you'd need - the pool, gym on top of the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong in the spacious basement along with a large tv and couches. « This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had...

« The house was great. Super comfortable and the backyard is wonderful with a gas fireplace, a fire pit, a hot tub, a pool, and an outdoor grill setup. There were 7 of us any it was very comfortable. Dave was great and very prompt and helpful if we needed anything. Would definitely come back. »

« Great pet friendly property in Amagansett! Best feature of the the house has to be the backyard. Large deck around swimming pool, with built-in grill, pergola. The property is completely gated (included a gated entrance) and in a very quite neighborhood. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in Amagansett and short drive to Montauk. Property being managed by StayMarquis was a plus as they were very responsive and met us at the property upon arrival. Finding the house is challenging as Google...

« Property is well kept and clean, pool and hot tub were both in well working condition! Plenty of entertainment for the kids and appreciated the plentiful dishware and cooking utensils for big family meals. Owner of the home was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Only call out is I wish the shipyard playground in the backyard was better maintained. The slide covered in spiderwebs and needed to be cleaned. »

« Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive. »
