« It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off »

« We were a little early getting into town, and they were nice enough to let us check in early. Clean place. Easy to find and check in, and convenient to shopping. Comfortable furnishings and extra supplies for most needs. Quiet residential neighborhood and a nice little outdoor seating area. »

« The apartment was nice but was very uncomfortable with the ring camera inside the front door with view to the bedroom and bathroom if the doors were open. The mattress was a very thin foam mattress and uncomfortable. Do want to mention (which is not within your control) 2 big huskies live right above the apartment, the amount of dog hair on the patio was horrible and the smell of dog was present in the apartment because of them. The pool was nice and relaxing. »

« This place was great! Very spacious, comfortable beds, clean, great communication and a lot of little things included that we didn't realize we would need (toaster, hair dryer, coffee pot). The community was very quiet with plenty of parking. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and we hung out there a few times. »

« Our experience with this property was top notch all around. The condo is even roomier in person than it looks in the pics. It was plenty spacious for two adults and a teenager. The property has been well maintained and cared for. It was super clean and comfortable. The host was responsive to questions, and was friendly. There were even extra items available for renters that were not mentioned as part of the listing. For example, a hair dryer, which happened to be a life saver, as I forgot mine....

« This unit was great. It’s a full house converted into two separate units. It’s small and functional. The neighborhood is a little run-down, and cars would hang out in front of the neighbor’s house late at night, but I didn’t have any issues. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were nice to work with. Most importantly the AC units worked well keeping up with the Florida humidity! »

« We were in town to help with family member being treated at Mayo Clinic, so stayed several nights. Property is very much as portrayed. Very clean & well kept. Bedrooms full size & will sleep 5 (3 in one room). Full size kitchen with all amenities. The biggest disappointment is the seating. Couch is about 8” off the floor & the only seating available except for a bean bag & 2 small stools at the kitchen table. It is on 2nd floor so there are stairs to climb. « The tenants above us has dogs and kids running and playing all time of the morning and night. I informed the owner of the loud noise and nothing was done. I asked the owner about a mattress cover no response. No vacuum cleaner for the carpet or rug. We stayed about 70 days without cleaning the rugs. The listing shouldn't invite nurses to stay because they wouldn't be able to get any rest. I asked for a itemized receipt for proof of payment for my health insurance company and 70 days later...

« Not only a poor description of the property, but horrible response from the owners. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks prior to leaving a negative review and no response. Please be careful booking on VRBO, some of these owners do not describe the property thoroughly and you are stuck. There was a poor makeshift kitchen in this unit (micro and tiny fridge) and to get to the microwave and refrigerator you has to step down from some crazy ramp put into the hallway. « Room was small. They never cleaned the room when we were there. Roaches were found in our room alive. The elevator was out of service and I am handicapped and both persons are over 70. The price was extremely high for the accommodation . »
