« Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. »

We stayed for a longer visit, so I'd liked to have had more conveniences of home such as better assortment of cookware (no non stick cookware) a blender, some misc storage containers etc. Not expected, so more of a suggestion than anything. « My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. « Great location, close to the beach. Host was excellent, I had an early flight and I was able to get in early. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The only thing wrong was the flooring was coming up by the couch, and caught my foot. Everything else was great and would recommend. »

« A lovely place to stay! Small but never felt that way with the furnishings and smart storage design. We loved the area, walking distance to 3 different sections with dining and stores. Perfect location if you need to be at St Vincent’s. Laundry was convenient and street parking was always available. Highly recommend! »
