« The property was as pictured, but the place wasn’t as clean. There was dust lined along the walls where the vents were, the shower curtain rod had to be placed up with random objects to keep from falling. The microwave didn’t work, called and was told maintenance would come no one did. It was a last minute booking but wasn’t expecting the last minute things that were overlooked. »

« Pros: Great location. Quiet in spite of being part of a larger complex. New furniture throughout unit and nice coffee setup in kitchen. Cons: The apartment would benefit from a deep cleaning. Floors were really dirty when we arrived, as was the inside of the refrigerator and the cooking utensils. Host was responsive and sent cleaners back the next day which was appreciated. The kitchen is outfitted with bare bones so not ideal for someone who wants to prepare meals. Also, laundry is not located...

« Spotless, very comfortable & 1/2 block from Tampa's famed South Howard Ave ( SoHo). There are probably 15-20 restaurants & bars located within about a mile radius. Great location, off street parking & inside is very quiet! »
