« Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. « Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« Walking from the elevators on the 3rd floor, it felt like there was a hole in floor under the carpet. The hotel just needed maintenance »
