« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« Booked a room with my best friend & our daughters for a girls weekend. The rooms weren’t clean. Once checked in we had to request another room because the pull out couch in our room was literally falling apart smh. This was an inconvenience had to wait for the lady at front desk to come up & check us into a new room. So after bringing all of our belongings in we had to remove them & take to another room with two complaining girls. Second room wasn’t much better, but we were only staying one...

« We found a lot of dog hair in our room despite we asked for a non pet room due to my wife's allergy. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude. We won't never come back there! »
