Any hiccups were promptly taken care of. « The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« One block from restaurants and shopping. My son is a minor, so the bars and tattoo studios were not on our list, but look fun for ppl in their 20s. Safe area with families, retirees, and young professionals. »

« Location was perfect for us. We could walk to Southside Flats, and walk to see our son and son-in-law. Lots of places to eat. There was a restaurant right next door but you would never know it was there as our sleep was not disturbed. Definitely recommend and we will definitely Stay here on our next visit. »
