« The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere. »

« While I loved the location and the amenities, I was surprised to learn it is a 2 bedroom suite with each room is rented separately. Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. The bedroom doors are feet apart, and it is likely you are sharing a 2 bedroom suite with strangers. »

« We loved our stay! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The bunkie and home were super clean, had everything we needed. Being right on the marina was amazing, we saw two harbour seals having supper right on the dock! Would absolutely stay again. »

« We were surprised as to the price for this lovely accommodations. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the carpets and walls had a few stains that perhaps were caused by previous guests. I however would use this accommodation again. Host was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Very clean. Being a basement suite, we were ready to forgive upper floor footsteps which was very minimal. »

« Great location - easy drive from Butchart Gardens (we even went back for the night view). Only negative was that the apartment was down a steep flight of steps, which was a problem for one in our party. Parking was also limited for more than one car. »
