« Our whole family of 4 was traveling from SK to Victoria, and had food poisong from a chinese food restaurant. The host were jice enough to drive to 2 different shops to get medicines/etc for us. Much appreciated. Nice house with good backyard to enjoy. »

« My stay at the Humming bird backpackers B&B was great! The owners were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The place was spotless, including the shared rooms, toilet and bedding. The communal area and large open plan layout, was a great way for me to get to know the other guests and make some friends as a 24 year old solo traveller. « I stayed for a couple of nights with my parents. It’s a lovely house in a residential area of Victoria. We chose it as it’s close to University of Victoria where my daughter is studying and that worked well. All of the pre arrival information was clear and easy to follow. There was a lovely welcome pack left for us. The house is exactly as listed and has a really nice back garden. Overall a very good experience. »

« Excellent endroit pour séjourner! Bien situé entre Victoria et Nanaimo Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de tapis. Merveilleux pour les gens qui font des allergies. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires et plus ( a/c dans chaque chambre donc ajustable au besoins des occupants). »

« My husband and I visited Cobble Hill to see our grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law in April. The cottage is in a quiet area and and has everything anyone would need. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer and great amenities such as all cutleries, cutting boards, etc. The bed is super comfy and my grand kiddies loved the pull out couch. The spa is a definite bonus with big soaker tub and the fire table adds a relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend! Thank you Matt. »

« Isabelle met my wife and I. She was extremely warm and helpful especially with our heavy luggage. The place was kept very clean and neat. Good size bathroom but the shower was rather small. The location was perfect for us to visit the Brentwood College School which is practically next door »

The suite is immaculate and stocked with absolutely everything one might need: all the mod cons and a pantry of snacks and spices, shampoo and conditioner in a shower that WORKS, comfy bed and snuggly duvet .. Oh, the private patio and the view! Most of all, a warm and welcoming host! »

« Beautiful spacial suite. The photos don't do it justice as it is more spacious than it appears. We slept in a nice firm bed with lovely cotton bed sheets. The hosts were attentive and frequently checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All of this plus a great location for accessing Cowichan Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Victoria and Duncan. »

« stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic. »
