« Absolutely gorgeous. Peaceful. Beautiful view of the Sooke Harbour, Sooke Bay, and the Juan de Fuca Strait, with faded Olympia Mountains in the distance. The sauna was a magnificent bonus, relaxing our muscles after long hikes to wild beaches. Host and hostess were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and very well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper in all the bathrooms and the kitchen was very well stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer, and paper towels. This is the first time I can remember that we didn't have to go out and purchase these types of supplies. Also, a pet peave of mine, the kitchen knives were sharp and there was even a knife sharpener.All that aside, the best part of the house is...

« Great and clean house, with a large kitchen stocked with everything you need. The waterfront view was great and we spent time at the dock watching for otters and crabbing. The location is close to restaurants and attractions. The property is near the highway so it can get a bit noisy at night. The shared laundry room is connected to the main house, so you would see other guests passing by when you are on the patio. Overall a great and comfortable stay! »

« Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, lots of space, parking and wifi available. Lots of hiking trails within close driving distance. Nice drive through forest on hilly, windy road to get to the property, easy to find with GPS »
