« Great location! Had all the necessities and a great price. Some of the finishes are showing so wear but nothing affects the quality of the stay. Bedding was clean and cotton (what someone with skin sensitivities I appreciated!). Overall just what we need in the location we needed! »

« Very well stocked kitchen. Love the MCM furniture and BC art/fossils. Lots of books and blankets. Huge windows, gorgeous view, lots of space, comfy beds, two full bathrooms. The host made excellent sight seeing recommendations too. We will be back! »

« C’est notre deuxième séjour chez Shawn&family. L’appartement est bien situé près de tout. À quelques minutes de UBC, de la plage et du VanDusen Garden. Des commerces tout près pour faire ses courses. On apprécie le calme du quartier. L’appartement est impeccable, confortable et bien équipé. Doté d’une lanceuse-sécheuse. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Merci à Shawn pour l’accueil chaleureux! »

« The unit had a few issues that impacted our stay. Most notably, there was no heating, which may not pose a problem during summer thanks to extra fans and A/C, but this was uncomfortable during our stay in September. The fireplace does not even emit heat. Parking is off-site—there’s no on-site option. Paid parking is available about a 5-minute walk away. The host mentioned it could be free if you provide your vehicle details, but the area has heavy foot traffic, which may be a concern for some....
