« Great layout for a large group, the bedrooms are spaced out well and the pool and tennis court are fantastic. The house could use some updating - we had very loud smoke detectors going off for no reason for two days until the property manager finally removed batteries from one unit - we learned the smoke detectors were really old which was disappointing that they didn't address this proactively. Carpets in the bedrooms are very stained and appliances although top grade are older and not in...

« The 4.5 rating for this house should be more like 2.5, at best! The house is very big with2 very large bed rooms, etc but it was not clean, the carpet is stained in many spots and should be replaced.we could also see it had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The kitchen has a lot of old pans but nonen of them of good quality. The bbq grill was cheap and dirty so we decided to cook the steaks on the stove. This house needs some love. Mediocre at best! »

« The house was big enough for the 8 of us. I booked the house because of the closeness to talking stick resort as we were attending a concert there. Also our boys mostly teenagers enjoyed the pool we did as well it was a great weekend get away. On another note do not plan to make coffee in the am the coffee makers in the house do not work. »

« The property and house furnishings fit our needs and the location was great for our event and first visit to Scottsdale. There was some miscommunication and delayed responses to our check-in, but everything worked out. »

« We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property. »

« House was perfect for our family of 4, pool was not in great condition upon our arrival due to the palm trees on the neighbors property. The host immediately took action and got the pool back in shape so we could spend time in the water. We will book there again. »

« The property was perfect for our stay. The place was clean and had everything you need. There is a pool right outside the back door which was nice to have close. The location is always close to everything around. »

« Stayed with 12 family members (3-71). Decor is mildly outdated but who cares when the house is clean, the rooms are plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of convenient shopping areas, and the pool made the 114F days tolerable. »
