We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, tissues, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge, laundry detergent, and more!

Mid-stay cleaning and supply refresh service is available for an additional fee.

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

Very nice and comfortable stay for our family of 4 adults. 3 large bedrooms upstairs - Master with king bed and on-suite bathroom - King bedroom and Queen bedroom which shared a bath (Perfect for our adult children).Nice location - however, it is in Meyers and a bit of a drive to get anywhere in South Lake Tahoe and/or Stateline. Not a big deal for us but requires some planning for food and activities.We hiked down to the river (in about a foot of snow) which was fun (right out the back door).Recently remodeled so everything is up to date. Very safe location in nice neighborhood.Be careful of black ice when leaving and going back downhill to Hwy 50. A car wrecked on the road when we were leaving.Will definitely consider coming back to this property!
