« The property is run by the owners that were casually dressed (in jeans, short pants, t-shirts) and no IDs. If they have not come to the front desk and from the employee-access only areas, guests would not have known their running the business. The room given to us was for disabled and have not been vacuumed and dusted. Food was not on time for continental breakfast, milk was served in pitcher for making shakes, taters were uncooked, and orange juice was stale. The lobby was unorganized and...

« The room had more than expected. Microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer and a comfortable couch King size bed . The room was painted and the shower curtain was new and much better than most motels. Staff was friendly and helpful . Perhaps this isn't new like a big name hotel, but you don't have to pay those kinds of prices. Convenient for Amtrak: Just 1 block from train downtown Hutchinson.... and I got service in the middle of the night. Note I had called and paid ahead. Really nice and not...

« No ice machine, but a fridge with ice maker in the room which is nice if you are in the room long enough to make ice. Also no breakfast, but a pantry to buy food. Gotta make the $$$$$$$ »

« The staff were efficient, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, well laid out, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and food was good. Bath towels were small and only two provided. Sliding door on bathroom not flush impacting privacy and noise. Breakfast was good and had quite a selection. Coffee was good but cups very small. Room prices fair considering this was a graduation weekend. Overall good stay. »

« Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event. »
