« We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This is the second time that I have booked this location for an annual event I attend. My friends and I always enjoy staying here. A very quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of space inside to have separate places for people and also some nice communal space to get together and laugh. Property owner is very responsive and super easy to deal with. If anything ever arises, such as needing extra blankets, they are very quick and happy to help. « Really enjoyed the stay. Was in town for a wedding in Winfield. Liked being in a neighborhood — easy to go for a run in the mornings. I must admit the property didn’t look great on the outside BUT the inside was great— all updated and very clean. Also was close to grocery stores and places to get food. Communication with the host was easy (through the site) and he always got back to me promptly.Would book again if ever I needed a place to stay in that area. »
