« The breakfast was great the breakfast stays out later on the weekends which I loved. The gym was clean, all the equipment was in good condition. They had a self adjustable thermostat in there. The pool/hot tub was out of service for a few days when we got there but they allowed us to go to Marriott around the corner and use the pool they have until they fixed ours. The rooms were cleans and well put. A/c in the room with plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and patient. »

« We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room that had a kitchen, but no pull out couch so we went back to our...
