« The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again. »

« Apartments were in a good location. Our apartment was very very dirty and needed a complete overhaul. Rubbish in the bins , toilets were filthy with urine and excrement on the pan and the toilet seat, the bath has a crack on the top, there was hairs all over the bathroom, even the soap was dirty and had hair on it. Because of this we had to buy towels and use the local leisure centre to wash and shower. The kitchen was very dirty, the fridge had brown stains and hair inside it, the sink and...

« Lovely stay with myself & 2 friends who were working at Ayr races. Found nice places to eat at Harbour Bar and the Tempura Cafe/Bar on Portland St was excellent! Accommodation was very tasteful throughout with a beautiful garden to the rear. Will be looking to return. »
