The heart of Soda Springs is also nearby, and you are surrounded by fantastic ski resorts, including Soda Springs Mountain Resort, Boreal Mountain California, Donner Summit California State Snopark, and Sugar Bowl Resort. Other must-visit attractions include Donner Memorial State Museum, Donner Memorial State Park, Coyote Moon Golf Course, and Historic Downtown Truckee & Visitor Center.

This mountain charmer has two levels of comfort and great amenities that will make your stay unforgettable! The main living space is on the second floor and offers a sunny open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that seamlessly combine all living spaces. Come back home from the slopes to spread out comfortably in the inviting living area. Binge-watch your favorite series or movies on the smart LG OLED TV for an entertaining evening at home. If the weather is nice enough, host a cookout using the grill on the second-floor deck. Prepare savory homemade treats and meals in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. This level also hosts the primary bedroom with an en suite bath. The first floor features a bonus room with entertaining, family-friendly board games and another TV. In summer, a canoe, two paddleboards, and various beach gear and games are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
