« The room was spacious and well supplied for the most part. A quiet neighborhood, easy walk for groceries. The floor was quite dirty, but they had a mop and bucket so was easy to clean it. There were no kitchen towels of any kind, but plenty of bath towels. A dishwasher and fridge were a real plus! Radiant in floor heat was so nice in the bathroom too! Unfortunately for us, there were kids unattended in the stairwells playing and making noise until midnight. No fault of the management, but...

Malgré le mauvais des deux premiers jours de notre arrivée, l’appartement est tellement agréable que nous nous y sentions comme à la maison. « Property was not cleaned very well. Two week stay and no change of towels or bedding - had to take time out to clean them ourselves. Wifi did not work - was told it was because of the weather and then it came to light it was the owners account issue (sounded like this was not news) and was never fixed in the two weeks. Because the Wifi was not available there was no Smart TV. Outside area was not one to use and had not been cleaned for a long time. Damp smells in some of the rooms. General...

« The apartment is a jewel box, full of unique furniture and historic items. The backyard is also a delight, with fruit trees and flowers and lots of outdoor dining space. It’s a little far to walk to the lake with children, but there is pay parking by the beach and camping area. »
