PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a two (2) Unit Separate Duplex with NO access to each other. This is the rear unit facing the back yard. This home being a part of a duplex unit, means that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with the other unit. When renting this unit, you will have access to the shared backyard along with the side of the building, shared pool and yard area with an assigned “Cabbana” and adjacent barbecue. ​​​​​​​This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
