The large backyard boasts a private, turquoise pool, a gas grill, a veranda, and ample seating. When you can pull yourself away from your own little paradise, check out nearby Capay Open Space Park, Yocha Dehe Golf Club, or one of the area's wineries, or restaurants.

Ultra comfortable and boasting all of the amenities you need, the inside of Ranchito will welcome you in with open arms. The cozy living room has ample seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. When you aren't dining out, the old-school reminiscent kitchen boasts plenty of meal prep space and a full suite of appliances.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone will have the space they need. Before bed, throw your vacation garb in the private washer/dryer, engage in a board game night, and gaze up at the dazzling night sky.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please be advised that a security camera has been installed on the property. The device is located above the driveway and is positioned to face outward, away from the home. This camera is used solely for the security of the property and monitoring the exterior driveway area. There are no cameras located inside the home or in any areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
