Hotel très bien situé mais attention marches!
Hotel très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville et possibilité de parking dans la ville à 350m. par contre ils omettent de signaler qu'il y a beaucoup de marches entre le parking et l'hotel donc si vous êtes chargés, surtout n'oubliez pas de leur demander de venir vous aider pour les bagages. Dans notre cas il n'y avait qu'un jeune femme à la réception donc difficile pour de grosses valises... très bon petit déjeuner que l'on peut prendre en terrasse par contre par de jus d'orange frais ce qui est dommage pour la catégorie d'hôtel. Pas de bouilloire electrique ou machine à café dans la chambre

Palace ? Chambre ok mais service à revoir.
La chambre est propre et confortable. Pour le spa le jacuzzi était froid. Et nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir la visite du voisin le matin car notre carte a été désactivé dans la nuit. Petit dej correct mais sans plus.

Bel hôtel difficile d'accès.
Tout était très bien sauf l'accès à l'hôtel pour les automobilistes : nécessité de transporter les bagages sur plus de 50 marches car hôtel perché et de déposer le véhicule gratuitement certes mais à condition qu'il y ait de la place car parking station d'essence. À déconseiller aux couples séniors non avertis.

Le bon choix à Sibenik
Très bel hôtel situé dans le vieux Šibenik. Le parking proposé par l'hôtel n'est pas trop éloigné, mais le parcours comporte de nombreuses marches : l'hôtelier propose de venir vous chercher au parking il ne faut pas hésiter à en profiter. Très bon petit déjeuner, avec possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse devant l'hôtel.

Un cadre magnifique !
L'hôtel est situé sur une place historique de Zadar, avec beaucoup de charme. La décoration de l'hôtel est magnifique et fait voyager ! Le personnel était très accueillant (certains parlent même français) ! Le jacuzzi (gratuit), entre 2 excursions est u' bonheur !

Ne vous laissez pas appeurer par les escaliers à monter pour vous rendre... A votre arrivé, vous serez accueilli par un personnel chaleureux, compétent, aidant. La chambre était tres bien décorée et fonctionnelle, très beau sejour

Nous avons passé un court séjour de 2 nuits dans ce fabuleux hotel, accueil exceptionnel, service impeccable, chambre très confortable. Nous avons adoré! Le parking est un peu loin, mais rien d'insurmontable pour un séjour exceptionnel

très compliqué de porter les valises jusqu'a l'hotel qui est au centre de la ville piétonnes . Fuite dans la douche. L'eau s'est répandue dans l'entrée de la chambre. Quand j'ai signalé ce problème à la réception, ils m'ont conseillé de mettre des serviettes par terre . Réaction étrange trange pour sois disant le plus bel hôtel de Sibenik.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional - warm, welcoming, kind, compassionate and very helpful. They went above and beyond when they learned it was my birthday. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again - a truly wonderful place! Cafe was exceptional too (delicious cakes!)

Beautiful rooms
A really comfortable stay in this historically important building. The surrounding areas are so beautiful and you just want wonder around the city. Nice restaurants and cafes around, easy to reach all the important tourist sites and the beach too. Calm hotel, a varied breakfast and beautiful rooms.

Great comfort and location
Very comfortable and in a great location in the mddle of the old town shops and restaurant. Our room was comfortable but the bass and beat from the music from the restaurant below our room 103 resonated until nearly midnight. Also the breakfast buffet is in an area that on a hot day gets very hot and therefore if you are later for breakfast it looks a bit unpalatable. Shame because the hotel and staff are lovely.

Loved this quaint hotel
This hotel was right in the middle of town, and so adorable! If you have a lot of luggage, it can be hard to get the luggage to the hotel but well worth it. The staff was friendly, the hotel was cute and the breakfast was delicious.

Didn’t feel very welcome. The rooms were very old and dated. The toilets and sinks we ok but shower was so tiny and just barely passable from a cleanliness standpoint. Our comforter had a stain. Since it was just one night we let it go. But what was really disappointing was the fact that their website says that they will help us with our luggage from the bus station, since the hotel is a little bit of a hike into old town but when we called, no such help was offered. We were two petite women so was tough trying to lug our luggage to the hotel.

This hotel is in an historic building and has that unique, walled city character. Unfortunately the furnishings and plumbing do need some serious updating, walls need painting, and access for customers arriving by automobile needs to be arranged with parking lots within short walking distances.

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. The spa was really nice to switch off and relax as it was used privately by myself. The rooms were really impressive and well decorated/furnished. The reception staff were fantastic and very helpful with advice. Especially providing me with great advice for a 23km run and recommended a route to Brodarica, which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable if a little small and lacking wardrobe space. The breakfast was very good and staff offered to prepare fresh eggs and omelettes as required. As with the other reviews the hotel is in a great location within the centre of the old town.
